United Convoys Booking Requirements
Hello! Here at United Convoys we have some strict requirements we stick by for ALL events that we control.
If you are wanting to book us for an event, please take note of our requirements below before submitting a request. You can view our availability schedule here.
- A fully completed TMP event page is required (not for CC-Scheme members).
- Remain in the United Convoys Discord server and ticket throughout the build up to the event. Leaving the server will be seen as a cancellation of your event!
- Try to be as helpfull as possible during the build up to your event!
- DO NOT make major changes to the slots or the event at a minimum of 48 hours before the event.
- Slot booking must close at least 2/3 days before the event.
- Your event must NOT DEPART before 17:00 UTC.
- Your route may not exceed 1100 KM (684 ml).
- We DO NOT accept ATS events that have MAP DLCS enabled. Simply we can't commit to having a big enough CC turnout, so we ONLY do events on ATS if its base game.
- Your event must have a minimum of 40-50 CONFIMRED event attendees (not for CC-Scheme members).
